We attach great importance to home-school cooperation.
We foster close connections and mutual exchanges with parents through various channels, including face-to-face, small group, or phone meetings before and after school,
as well as open classes, parents’ day, parent volunteers, parent educational activities, school news, and bulletins.
Through these activities, parents can keep abreast of the latest school development and have a better understanding of child growth status and developmental needs in diverse aspects.

Home-school Communication

Our school holds the new semester parents’ day and parent orientation day annually, enabling parents to keep abreast of the school’s latest news and development. Besides, we hold parents’ day twice a year, class teachers have face-to-face meetings with parents and distribute “children’s learning portfolios” to them to report their children’s learning performance in different aspects. In such events, parents will have a better understanding of their children’s learning progress and capabilities.

Parenting

The school is dedicated to forging close partnerships with parents, and creating a healthy environment for child growth. We hold a broad variety of parent educational activities such as parent talks and workshops to enhance parenting skills, and encourage parents to join hands with us to nurture children. Every year, the school also holds a series of events, including parents’ day, open classes, and parent-teacher meetings, to stay connected with parents. We also invite them to be volunteers when necessary so that they can support school activities and foster mutual collaborations.

Parent Volunteering

We encourage parents to engage in children’s learning and participate in school activities like “Storytelling Parents”, assisting in outings and other volunteer activities. The programme aims at facilitating parents’ understanding in the work of the school and establishing good home-school cooperation.
