We attach great importance to home-school cooperation.
We foster close connections and mutual exchanges with parents through various channels, including face-to-face, small group, or phone meetings before and after school,
as well as open classes, parents’ day, parent volunteers, parent educational activities, school news, and bulletins.
Through these activities, parents can keep abreast of the latest school development and have a better understanding of child growth status and developmental needs in diverse aspects.

Supporting children’s learning through sensory stimulation and play: Parent-child sensory play workshop (Education Bureau Youtube Channel)

Children can develop an interest in learning through sensory stimulation, and they can also learn knowledge and exercise skills through games, but what is the actual operation like?

To this end, the Education Bureau has commissioned the Education University of Hong Kong to organize parent-child sensory play workshops. Parents and children who participated in the workshop made five different sensory bottles, including a sound bottle, a meditation bottle, a water and oil bottle, a magnetic bottle and a smell bottle. During the production process, the speaker explained to parents how to help young children explore sounds, colors, textures and smells, and allowed parents and children to practice in real time. The speaker also introduced how parents can use sensory bottles to carry out different game activities with their children to cultivate their children’s language skills, executive function and creative abilities at home.

Parents are welcome to spend a little time every day to participate in the six-part short film, learn about various parent-child games, and have fun with their children at home.
