Teachers and children conducted a tortoise-project, using the picture book "The Tortoise and the Hare," and the children's experience caring for red-eared sliders at school sparked their interest in exploring different types of turtles. Based on the children's interests, the teachers decided to take them to Lai Chi Kok Park to observe the turtles' habitats, compare the habitats of different animals with those of turtles, and appreciate the natural scenery.
