Focus of the Year

The school has applied for Quality Education Fund’s “My Pledge to Act – Be grateful and treasure what we have, stay positive and optimistic” programme, in the hope of developing children’s self-caring attitude through diverse activities. As a result, they can get aware of loving themselves, loving their families, loving their schools, and loving the environment of their own free will. As a result, they will learn to be thankful, cherish what they have, and be proactive and positive.

The school participated in the Education Bureau’s Scheme on Early Language and Literacy Development in Chinese and English Language of Young Children to further enhance teachers’ techniques and capabilities in teaching Chinese and English languages. By adopting a broad variety of teaching strategies, teachers can organise diverse language activities to enrich children’s exposure to language learning. Such activities can improve children’s Chinese and English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and arouse their motivations and interest in language learning.
