The school arranged for children to participate in an astronomy experience lesson at the S.T.E.A.M. for Children Wonderland . Through an immersive environment created by a planetarium projector, the children learned about the basic characteristics and colours of the four planets closest to the Sun in our solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars.
To further enrich their learning experience, the children explored a simple chemical reaction using baking soda, vinegar and food colouring. They enjoyed the process of creating their own planets, transforming a two-dimensional design into a three-dimensional model, while gaining a deeper understanding of celestial bodies through hands-on exploration.
